Floral Hall entries are open to Edwards County residents only. Exhibitors may have 2 entries in each class number. Exhibitors will be responsible for placing their name tags on each entry. All articles must be entered by times listed and will be displayed through to fair week and must be picked up on Saturday morning at the end of the fair from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. at which time any money you are due may be claimed. Check class for any specific rules or regulations.

**Entries in floral must be clean, current, and healthy. No article previously entered will be judged.**

-Class J,K,M,N- Entries close at 6 p.m. Monday evening.
-Class L: Flowers must be entered by 12 Noon Monday. Judging will be at 1:30 Monday afternoon.
-Class O(Culinary and Pantry & JR Domestic baked goods): Baked goods are to be taken to the exhibition building and entered by 12 noon. Entries will become property of the Edwards County Fair Association. They will be judged Monday afternoon and then auctioned in the exhibition building at 5 p.m. Monday evening. Proceeds from the auction will be used for the Edwards County Senior Citizens Center. Names of entries placing (1st-4th) will be displayed in the floral hall during the fair. Please have all entries placed in zip-lock bags.

Floral Hall Times:
-Entries taken Monday, check times and locations for entries.
-Tuesday: All entries not already judged on Monday will be judged. Floral Hall will be closed until all judging and placing are finished. All attempts will be made to open for viewing by 6 p.m.
-Wednesday-Friday: Floral Hall open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

      No entry fee will be charged.
      Specimens should be collected from regular classroom work of students during the current school year.
      Specimens must be labeled with item’s number as found on list, also with the number assigned to the school.
      All specimens, except perishables, must be ready at the close of school. All entries must be at Albion Grade School not later than Monday of the week before fair week.
      Specimens will be entered in the name of the school. No more than two entries in any category will be accepted from one classroom.
